hi. lazlo! this picture lives from the situation which is shown and the contrast between the dark background and the seagulls, which are in the sun. the impression the picture gives is really delightful. the colors are strong and they build a good cortrast to the black and white birds. i like your pic a lot - specially as i know how hard it is to make good shots of these birds. the only very little thing - but i`m sure there was no other way to get this shot - i have to mutter about, is, that the head of the bird above lies in the dark part of the shade. regards, anne

very good job. i would crop it into a square, though. but you might want not to listen to me since i am a known square-format junkie
