Love the warmth in the picture. I wonder if this picture could do with a little cropping? The subject of interest in the picture is the bird, however there seems to be too much empty space around the bird. Furthermore, if the space around the bird are waves (I am not sure what the surroundings are), a higher exposure time may give the water a blurred effect but may also cause a loss of the crisp image of the bird. A hard subject to capture unless you are lucky to have the bird stay still for more than a second!

A beautiful picture; the warming filter created a nice warm 'mood' in the picture and the bird (a 'snip'? ) + his reflection gave the total a pure/abandonned feeling. A critism however is the detail. I don't know if it's because of a photoshop filter or not, but the details of the photo are to sharp, it looks more like noise then detail... I think the photo would benefit from some blurring.
