I was waiting a train in the Venice rail station and she came with the dog on her purse. Was so nice, i tryed to catch them when both was looking on my side, but when one of them was ever looking away.

This picture is a bit too grained because i had to use ISO 800, the day was very dark, i was nearly 20m far and i used 300mm, the ISO so high was to avoid motion blurring and have a shutter speed under 1/200.

Any comments will be appreciated.

Almost a Cartier Bresson type submission. The dog might not have been ideally captured but the lighting and the choice of DOF is superb. In a way I do like that the dog is looking at the same distracting highlight that I saw when this image opened up on my screen. I like your style and the work submitted is a pleasure to view.

A very nice capture, Bruno. Well composed. I especially like how the sunlight rims the profile of this woman and her dog. Too bad about the grain: usually it enhances atmosphere of a shot, but that's unfortunately not the case in this instance. Sharpness could be a bit better, but trying to correct that through USM would also increase the granularity. Still, you did a nice job here. Best regards, Jeff
