Very nice photo and very interesting image. You did a fantastic job using only available light and I like your cropping and composition very much. The only area of improvement I can suggest would be for a little more DOF so that the pollen and petals are more sharply focussed. I see you were already stopped down to f/22 so the only option may have been to move back a few inches.
