Shot hand held on a rainy sunday moring. Using natural light from the window and a Cokin close up filter. The F-Stop was actually 1.8 but there is no choise for that.

Hi Chris,

I would say this is almost an oxymoron to shoot a Tiffany lamp in B&W. Whatever prompted you to do so. There is a dark at the bottom, and a window sill above it, both of which I find distracting. I think the shot would work best as an abstract, with all of the bottom of the lamp cropped out (just above the out of focus dark horizontal line).

Please look at Blowout, my latest, and comment.

Thanks,

Yori

Thanks for your comment. What prompted me to shoot this is I really don't shoot color film anymore plus why not shoot this in B&W. How many do you see here? Anyway I like the lighter top and darker bottom but I will agree the bottom could be cropped out
