Oh my, Marina - that background - so tactile and so suggestive - I found the glasses and daisies just a nuisance. How on earth did you acive this texture in the backdrop? Was it satin? Did you photoshop it? Amazing. There is a contemporary British artist by the name of Alison Watt - or maybe Wyatt - she paints huge canvases of folds in cloth like the one you created here...perhaps if you have the time or inclination you might seek her out.

Hi Marina, Your photo is ecxellent. It is absolutly perfect. The color harmoney as well as the smart choice of Sepia effect, the great composition which really has a unique story by it self are all perfect. I'm sure you have spent a lot of time to set up the scene, and the results is absolutly lovely.

Hi Marina,
This is great shot with a very nice tone.
Which camera did you used for this shot?
Composition and lighting are wonderful.
I like everything here in your shot, specially the fallen glass, it really adds your shot.
Background with it's brightness and shadows is perfect.
Thanks for sharing. Regards

I like the idea, but the image appears to be way too oversharpened.

I don't mind this. I think a bit is lost though with all of the sepia tone.
Regarding telling a story with just the flowers and the glasses, what if the flower on the right was slightly bent at the stem so as to give the impression that it was looking at the glass that fell over.
Just a though, nice clarity and composition though

Very lovely indeed. Great detail, particularly on the glasses - though a little has been lost on the white of the flowers (very slight overexposure?) The backdrop is interesting - almost too interesting as it slightly detracts from the main subject. I think I might also have preferred a rather more directional light source - as I'd expect some shadow to fall from the glasses. Very pleasing, anyway.
