I don't have a lot to add to the previous critique, they are spot on about the rail and blocking out the post. This seems like a great picture for a snapshot taken at the moment. My only different thought is perhaps removing the hand or cropping it out. Not sure if you have any room to work with on the left of the photo but cropping the hand could also solve the post issue. Thanks for the pic

Good portrait i like the railing leeding you to the child the post comning out of her shoulder hurt's this image. If you would have stepped back or used a different angal this would have been right on.
