Exposure is terrific! Was this digitally enhanced at all?
As for the composition, I like the perspective of the building coming from the side of the image, rather than the bottom, as most would shoot a building. Personally I would like more building and less black space, but I appreciate the slightly out-of-symmetry perspective of the building itself.
