Nice pose, good smile and eye contact, and cute model, who is certainly the highlight of the image. The light is pretty flat though, and the dress severely overexposed. The chopped off fingers are no asset, either, and with this crop a barefooted model would have worked much better. I hesitate between 1 TU and 2 TD here, and give you credit for working with the model. Oh right, the position of the right arm is less than ideal: I think that hand would have worked well on top of the dress. Not much in the way of catch lights... Definitely worth a re-shoot, if this is an option.
