I liked the colour version, but I do like this one as well. This desaturated one elimintates the green colour cast I saw in the original, but in the one I experimented with I did not make the B&W portion quite as dark as yours is here. Perhaps some of the lighting patterns may not show as well as I thought they would. I notice that you have omitted your frame, which was rather smart, but there is an improvement in the cropping at the top - previously the two chrome light fitthings? had been intersected, here they show better.
