Excellent pose and eye contact. The use of the white jacket is perfect as is the model's makeup and grooming. The composition, while working okay, could be improved some by adding a bit of space on the right hand side of the image---shifting your model closer to the left third. Andrew's suggestion concerning the use of a reflector is right on target---the image cries for a more balanced lighting scheme, in my view. TFS, Bruce
