i like the idea you're after here... flowing water and mossy rocks is always a good thing in my mind. but i have a few suggestions. first, it looks like you've got some vignetting in the upper corners, perhaps from a filter or lens hood? zoom in just a little to eliminate that. second, your exposure time of 2 seconds is a bit long... you're losing the texture in the water, and making it look like cotton. try shooting this at 1/2 second instead, and see how you like the effect... you'll still get the motion blur, but will also retain enough texture to know that it's clearly flowing water. looks like you were literally standing in the stream... small cascades like this often look very nice shot from the side as well, presenting a sort of diagonal flow through the frame, i.e. top left to bottom right or vice versa, depending on which side of the stream you're on.
