Very nice studio portrait. Very good use of light. I love the contrast ratio of the highlight area vs the shadow. Beautiful skin tone.

I would like to see a little brighter/detail under her nose. A low power hair/should light would add a lot of 3-D dynamics to this image. The dark/black background is a little sticking to her hair/shoulder now. I would also like to see some catch light in her eyes.

The posture of hand under chin and leaning away from the camera is a muscular power shot usually for picturing man. Leaning towards the shoulder near the camera would enhance femininity and softness more. But, of course, if that's what you intent (maybe she is the CEO of a company), it is another story.
