I like the diagonal cut across the scene made by the flowing water but I also get the feeling that the image is rotated counter-clockwise a few degrees. The large expanse of foreground rock doesn't really add much and I'd crop to try to regain some balance between all the elements by eliminating some of that single overpowering component. On my monitor (Mac - color-corrected), the tone of the scene is almost b&w; was that your intent? IMO, you could do a lot better here by trying to pull some detail into the overly dark areas and maybe playing around w/ saturation to try to get more of the color of the water to more fully contribute to the scene.
