Hi Jim,
Nice capture- I like the composition on a slight diagonal and the reflections. I'm not a wildlife photographer so I'm unaware of the related difficulties in getting shots like this. The focus is a little soft on duck number 1. You may be able to sharpen this enough in PS or related software. Likewise, bumping contrast a tiny bit may add a little pop as the image appears slightly flat. Thanks for posting and best regards,
