I like the the muted, brown tones, vignetting and even the noise/grain. It has a great mood. The centered placement, which is giving the scene a very static feel, is, IMO, a drawback. It gives me the impression that the boat is at anchor when moving it off center to the left might give more of a feel that it is at sail. Just a thought. Still, I think you've done a very good job with the processing.
