Kelly, you have a lovely daughter. I think that you could have cropped it a bit or moved in a bit as she seems lost in the sea of the background. You also seem to be one stop too bright as the colors are washed a bit. it could use a bit more contrast with her skin tone and the background as well. Otherwise nice shot.
