It's a photoshop manipulation, not a photograph, so I'm not sure it belongs on Photosig. Judged as a photoshop manipulation, it's okay to sub-par; check the blur on her right-abdomen and the cartoony-blend of the tail into flesh at her hips. Model flesh is near blown out at abdomen, dense on face, and I'm not sure to what intended effect. This is an improvement over your last mermaid shot, though, so I'd keep experimenting. You're getting closer. :)
