Potentially a very nice photo, with a great line following the right side of the headstock. I would love to see this a little brighter so that the left edge of the headstock is at least barely visible and the tuners are more visible. Alternatively, you could turn the tuners so that they reflect the back lighting better. I like the way the spot light creates a natural boundary for the subject of the photo on the upper right so that your eye is not left wanting to see more of the guitar.
