Aftear watching the photo several times, and reading the comments above.... yes, i must agree that without the blur it could be a 3TU, however it remains as an interesting picture. You still have a good minimalist composition, and somehow it makes me think in some kind of macro of tiny worlds, with a lot of texture.
Good pic.

a beautiful scene and very well captured. not quite in thirds (a little like fourths) but it still seems to work. right side is a bit heavy (dark) which leads me to ponder upping the contrast on the dominant mountain and sky to help even out?

Pretty sharp on the caterpillar Sertac, but a few things may help to make the presentation stronger.
Avoid centering composition for the subject. Since the caterpillar is turning back and heading to the left, I would place it further to the right side.
The caterpillar is not large enough for me to taste more detail on it, try to go closer to it and take the shot.
Image size is also not large enough to bring rich detail on the...

This macro shot is managed pretty well in technical side Homayoun, it is nice that you have placed the snail and the stick in diagonal composition, but I am not 100% certain that if the composition would work better if the shot was taken in portrait format.

The photo works well in black and white Tim, that allows a wider range for the contrast. I like it specially on the mid ground that I can see good separation of the two rolls of trees resulted from the contrast adjustment. What I would love to see more is more scenery included beside this shot in panaormic vision.

The boat is sharp all the way from the front to the end Dave, It seems that the photo was taken at late morning time but still having a harshed shadow of the boat that doesn't make the photo totally appeal. Centering composition for the boat also not effective enough, would work better if the boat is placed nearer to the right side because the boat is heading to the left.

I pretty like the color combination at the Sunset with the blue and orange near the bottom of the photo Aviva. but crop for the tree is too tight, the presentation would be stronger if you may take a shot or two beside this and stitch them together for a panoramic vision.

I really like how the colors pop. Very sharp focus on her eyes and a bit softer on her lips and softer still on the flowers leaving everything in the background OOF. Framing her face with the palm fronds seems to be a good idea but I think the application could be better. No specific suggestions, just moving the top ones to make them a bit less intrusive. Then there's that unfortunate hair or two that fell down just as you got your eye up to the camera, her left ear might...

Great DOF, exposure and sharpness on the critter. I find the sky in the corner distracting and would probably have cropped it out. Personally I think composition would be better if the image was rotated clockwise a bit and cropped to follow the rule of thirds. Keep up the good works and thanks for sharing!

I like the idea behind the photo and appreciate the way you saw the warm light of the setting sun and how it would work with the photo. The composition doesn't work so well for me, particularly that it slightly crops the branches on the left and at the top, but you've not given camera or lens details so I can't make any suggestions on that. A slight increase in contrast might help a touch?

This one is better to my taste. She looks nice and her smile is pleasant. Colors and lighting are pleasant. Just red tone might be checked to be toned down and compared. Cheers, Mehrdad

Alas, Tom . . . just wanted to say that, without the blur, this is a solid 3TU with fabulous composition and colour. I guess they wouldn't let you out of the plane to remove the plastic?

Nice gentle lighting, Amnon. But her skin looks a bit grey. Try taking out some blue - just a little. I also looked at your Bridesmaid shot - her skin looks better with a touch less blue, too.

Stunning . . . perhaps the sky is too blue since you don't need much colour to contrast with the bright orange. What is very surprising is how good the shot looks in black and white! Try it.
