I like this one better than the dark one. But perhaps I would have liked best something in between these two versions, maybe with very little darker gradient towards the top of the photo, or some darker patches of cloud, so that the sky and the clouds would a little bit more character? On the other hand, I might just be totally off the track here, maybe I'll have to take a look at some Cartier-Bresson photos and see what I have to complain about them... ;) Otherwise the...

Personally, I like this one over the other. There is a nice contrast between the lighter sky and the darker water. Great simple composition.

I love the colors. With the exception of the piece of Blue sky, this shot is excellent.

I see innocent tree leaves turned black from sadness. What in the world can you really say about this picture? Glad you are okay.

I definitely prefer the darker, moodier version.
Perhaps up the contrast just a bit, or dodge the print, so that the white water at the bottom is a little brighter?

It's a nice tranquil scene but there are a few flaws. As pointed out already, the sky is too bland. It looks like it was a pretty sunny day and the trees in the background are losing their color due to haze. Also, the tree in the upper right hand corner is really distracting because it has no detail at all. It's just a huge black area. I agree with Ken that you should go back and shoot this scene under better conditions (possibly really early in the morning or as ken...

Good Photo. I would like it better if the big bed of weeds were not in the foreground.

It's not the greatest photo that I've seen, but the idea is neat. I like when photos are different than the norm.

Great shot. A focal point at the end of the tunnel would be nice, but not a necessity.

Like you, I'm (now) opposed to anything in the center of the frame, but this works. My only 2 comments are that the bottom is too chaotic and it looks like you should have taken your exposure reading on the brightest needles. Good work.
