Assignment: 2010 08 ~ Slow shutter

It was pointed out that we have not had an assignment on camera technique in a while. So, here is one. Use slow shutter technique in a photo. Slow shutter technique, in this case, can mean time or bulb exposure, or it can simply mean shutter slow enough that motion is blurred. Or, you can combine it with first or second curtain flash to stop motion while displaying motion trails. I expect some of you can come up with other approaches to use of slow shutter.

So, make a photo that slow shutter, as described here or consistent with the description above. Try to do this in a way that creates an interesting photo.

To qualify for this month's assignment,
Submit a photo which uses slow shutter in some form,
Be sure to include the words "August Assignment" in your comment.
