Basic members: You recieve one free photo submission every 3 days, after that you can submit one photo for every 15 critique points you earn. You get one critique point every time someone rates one of your critiques helpful - or three points if you were one of the first three people to critique a photo.
Premium members: As basic but you receive three free photo submissions every three days. (Note that this is not the same as one photo every day. You can submit three photos in one day, but then you will have to wait three days before you will be able to submit again.)
Please note that critique points are only valid for upload privileges for three days. If you don't use them within that time, you will need to write more critiques before you can upload again. We do it this way so that everyone is encouraged to remain active writing critiques. Critiques are the life-blood of the site!
