I have a question for the admin folks: do you want us to make comments to people seriously behind in critiques (this fellow is specifically prompting the question)... or is that best left to just administrators? In general I just skip their photos and move on (unless they're new), but I wasn't sure if you wanted us to take some responsibility for this.

I think one friendly reminder from one person is fine. But a bunch of people hounding the guy is not creating a very friendly environment.

Another option is just not to write critiques for folks who have been members for a while and don't write critiques. Chances are, they have seen plenty of reminders and it does not sink in. Checking to see if they are an active critique first, and then skip the photo if they are not.
