Dude - this really is an English language site. At this juncture with no participation as a member is this just an attempt to drop a little bomb?

From Google translator; The title is "Image Size"
m exliquer how that can meter a photo please criticize me but its not compress the Sufis not fair how doije thank you Which sounds like;
Please explain to me how one can measure a photo, but it's not fair to make short compressed comments. Thank you. I have no idea how the Sufis crept into this unless it's a short hand version of "sufficient". Now I know why everyone complains about the online translators. It reinforces the adage, "keep it short and simple". Unfortunately at the risk of sounding chauvinistic, this is an English language site, and the questions need to be posed in English in order to be properly and correctly addressed. ,I can't tell from the translation if you are complaining about the image size and how to compress the image to make it fit the 360K requirements, or if it is about giving a critique on a too small image.

The problem is horrible spelling/grammar.
"qui peux m exliquer comment metre une photo a critiquer svp je les compresse mais sa ne sufis pas comment doije fair merci"
I'm not a native speaker, but it should be something closer to the following, with some accent marks: "Qui peut m'expliquer comment mettre une photo pour critiquer, s'il vous plait? Je les compresse, mais ca ne suffit pas. Comment doit-je faire? Merci."
auto-translated: Who can tell me how to put a photo for critique, please? I compress, but it is not enough. How should I do? Thank you.

I have heard that in order for the auto translaters to work reasonably well, the originating language has to have impeccable spelling and grammar. This conforms it. I guessed in the ballpark only by knowing the context. Now I know how the Sufis got into this ;-)

Quel logiciel as-tu? Tu as Photoshop ou un autre?
OK?

For those of you wondering what all I wrote, basically I told him he has found an English site, and needs to both write critiques or pay up, and resize according to guidelines on the link. So, I haven't submitted anything in a great while, and I'm not sure of the guidelines myself totally at this point - 3 critiques per 1 submission, right? or membership of $25? Has that changed since the last time?

You've got it :-) The membership gets the automatic email notices and freedom from ads. The crits to postings still holds regardless.
