well, the final stocks are just about done, I found a few more roles on ebay, processing continues up to December of this year. I am going to bring my old F3 around and use up these last three roles of what is truly a classic film, used in countless National Geographic pictures, Life Magazines, etc. So, for those that want to experiment one last time in this classic film slide, go for it why you can. This film has its funky rich color, and is super archival.

I wonder how many users even kept their film SLRs? you get the sense that only few % bother with any film.

I didn't get rid of mine, but I wish I had, because they aren't worth enough now to bother selling them. I also have a professional B&W darkroom sitting there which I got rid of all the chemicals, which generated lots of paperwork and fees.

true, but, sometimes, it is fun to run a roll of film, knowing that you got to focus more in getting the picture right, I am looking forward to shooting the slide film,, of course, cost more.
