Something strange is happening when I rate critiques. I remember that last night I rated some critiques of my latest photo as helpful. When I came to the website this morning, I noticed the critiques weren't rated. So I re-rated them as helpful, and then I went to another photoSIG page to look at something, came back to my latest picture and saw that the critiques I just rated helpful all were rated "no opinion."
The same thing happened when I rated them helpful again, went to another website and came back to photoSIG. The critiques on my latest photo that I rated helpful all were rated as "no opinion."
Refreshing did the same thing. I've been a member here for about 4 years now and I don't recall this ever happening to me. I can't figure out what's going on. I read the FAQ and didn't see anything.
Anyone have any ideas?

Hi Sheila, it's funny you should mention it ... there were a few critiques that I thought I had marked helpful, but were no opinion later. It wasn't enough that I was concerned about it (and I thought it was just me) but now I wonder. Take care, Rob.

hi Rob, my husband figured out what it was. See my reply in the thread. Maybe you're having a similar issue?

My husband just figured it out after he had his coffee and got more awake. He asked me if my computer recently updated, and I remember it updated yesterday or the day before. We use this Firefox add-on, and I allowed photoSIG a long time ago.
What's odd is that whenever I update the add-ons and my computer updates, all my preferences stay the same, but this time photoSIG somehow got disallowed. Weird.
Anyway, it's fixed now. You can go back to your regularly scheduled programs. LOL! :)

Hi Shelia, well my Firefox did update yesterday, but I don't use the add-on you mention, nor do I have script prevention in place. I guess it's back to just being me! LOL. Take care, Rob.

Sheila - I was wondering why you don't rate my critiques as helpful anymore, LOL! Glad you figured it out. Maybe I should start drinking coffee so that I can start figuring things out! :)

Our brains our mush until our caffeine kicks in. :)
I know I've read and rated some of your critiques, but I guess all the critiques I rated yesterday and maybe even the day before didn't stay rated. :(

You know that is no big deal (re: rating crits). What do you did if there's no coffee available? Aaaaaaaghhhhhh!

If there was no coffee available, I could munch on a few plain coffee beans or drink one of those nasty tasting caffeinated beverages. *eeeew* :)
