Is there a way to remove the glare from eyeglasses in Photoshop? I'm having huge problems with this. I know it's best to not wear the glasses or pop the lenses out, but too late for that. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thank you, Sarah

If the glare is minimal and has a simple background in the area, it may be possible with some magnified work - there will be no automated action for this, it's cloning work. But as you've said, it's too late. Best to use a polarizer or make sure that the glass face is at an angle to the lens next time, especially if you're using a flash.

Not a good or easy way. Best use for these photos is to print them small, turn them into keychains, and attach them to your camera as reminders to remove the glasses or, just as simple, turn the head until the glare is gone. Sorry I can't help with your immediate problem, perhaps others have had better luck than me. I have done it, but I have never been satisfied or happy with the results. Best advice I can give is do your work in a duplicate layer and save the layers. You will feel even worse if you flatten too soon and find that you have ruined the original.

Laughing about the keychain remark because you are so right! I have tried and tried and am not pleased with any of the results. I just didn't know if there was some simple solution that I was overlooking. At this point I'm think a reshoot is in order. Thanks for your help!

Matt works for NAPP and generates a number of their training courses. He is a very practical practitioner. I'm referring to the first link Wayne put up.
