...listening to ZZ Top doing La Grange. For a minute there I got up and did an "Air Guitar" routine. Thankfully, it is 2:41 am EST and no one is here to watch me.

Now, I can't believe that I am the only person on earth that does this silly sort of stuff.

Fess up. Names and songs.

I'd say even Queen Sheena has her fame and glory every now and then...

For me, it's the blues. Nothing like a few good riffs from Luther Allison or Buddy Guy to get me rockin'. I even do it in the car, which gets me some strange looks.

I'm a speaker dancer. I get up for classic rock and roll. My routine is more groupie than air guitar.

oops... Lynrd Skynrd... Sweet Home Alabama.

Gropie? nonono.... Groupie... Not that I'd ever want to grope Ms. Sheena.

Haven't played the airguitar much recently, I was too occupied writing crits, lol.
Van Halen usually makes me fetch it from the corner where it sits with my bassguitars, which I usually play funk on. I like to smash it through my air SWR amp now and then!
Oh, and this is one of the greatest sites ever, for your daily portion of it!

Playing air guitar is nothing to be ashamed of. At my last office Christmas party I got up and played air guitar on the dance floor to some Bon Jovi. A couple of colleagues even joined in!

OK, I am going to disgust a lot of people with this, but I have my iTunes playing right now and it ranges from music I out in from my own CD collection (ranging from classic rock Rush, The Who to insprational Enya) to stuff I purchased from the music stors. That ranges from Stain'd & 3 Doors Down to Eminem. I have to say that I used never thought I would listen to Eminem, but I like him. i hope that doesn't make me a bad person.

Picture this.... I am playing my iPod in my car (through the cassette converter). Eminem is playing fairly loud, my windows are down. I come to a stop light. People around look in my car and see..... a 34 year old white girl????

That's funny. I'm a 34 year old white guy, (Or so I'm told.) that has pretty much the same taste in music as you do.

It's nice to know I'm not the only eccentric around here. :)

Best Regards -J.D.

I'm not Eminem's biggest music fan but I have to admire his lyrical abilities. Some of his music is interesting as well (I'm also white, male, middle-class etc)
